The government at the Centre has changed, therefore, the mindset of the government and policy makers towards the Research scholars has to change side by side. Then, automatically the existing policy will change. We have to think from the view point of the future, the real need and sufferings of thousands research scholars in India. because, they are the real future of this country. Let the policy makers follow our needs, why should we follow their whims?
