Then why should NET be compulsory, minus subsidiary values?:

If the rationality of NET is in question, then for what the NET is compulsory without a subsidiary value? This is the crucial question the MHRD and the UGC have avoided to answer so far. The said authorities at apex of higher academics have been criticised by the researching community for several instances of their failure to provide fellowship to all the NET qualifiers, however they have been found to be deaf and unbending to such criticism.
