  Padmalochan Dash we want to also argue that let the scholarship be given to all research scholars in India....and let there be a Fellowship/Scholarship grant commission for this...let us hope for the best....

  Arghya Das Two points are there and related. (1) Same fellowship for ALL scholars of same rank; (2) Sufficient funding, infrastructure and effort from govt. side to universities so that, within a time frame, the research status of all universities get upgraded to a minimum extent.
