I think a re-look of this article is necessary to understand the rational sets of arguments illustrating the problems of the non-net fellowship dependent research scholars. this article also illustrating the reasons for demanding the hike of the said fellowship which can be taken into the related purpose. Please circulate/mail it to you friends. I think written demands can be made and sent again again from different quarters to the MHRD/UGC till the demand is achieved, and in this regard, the article posted here can give much inputs......Please have a re-look.
